She holds two degrees from Syracuse University, a B.F.A. in Stage Management and a M.S. in Communications; Specializing in Public Relations.

Katherine specializes in building structured systems that protect artistry while driving efficiency, safety, and growth. She has experience in overseeing complex logistics, training multidisciplinary teams, and refining workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
